How to Wireless Transfer Files from Xiaomi Phones to PC with FTP

FTP server is available on most of Xiaomi smartphones with MIUI. To start FTP server, simply go to 'explorer' on Xiaomi device. It will ask you to select type of storage. Then, you will receive IP address with FTP port that can use on FTP client.

Wireless Transfer of Files from Xiaomi Phones to PC with Filezilla FTP Software

1. Enable FTP server on your Xiaomi phone. Select type of storage. You can set a password for secure access.
2. Download and install FTP software, FileZilla client.
3. Make sure Filezilla client is running on computer that is connected on the same network as your phone connected over Wifi.
4. Fill in IP address and FTP port on FileZilla client.
5. Once succesfully connected, begin transfer file from PC or Phone.

2. Open Windows explorer, and type on the address bar as what is shown on your phones including port number.
